What is the browser core

The core of the browser is the engine behind the Multilogin profiles—based on Chrome (Mimic) and Firefox (Stealthfox). They control how your profiles render websites, interact with tools, and stay stealthy. Please follow our release notes or the official Multilogin Telegram channel for the latest core updates.

How Core Updates Work

配置文件 2025-11-13 at 5.56.52 PM
  • Multilogin tracks new browser core versions
  • We will release the update in 1-2 weeks
  • Your profiles will be updated automatically when you start

Why We Don't Update Immediately

After the core browser update is officially released, we will delay the update by 1-2 weeks. Why? Because patience is protection.

  • Avoid high-risk vulnerabilities: Newly released Chrome/Firefox versions often have hidden defects. We will wait for them to be fixed.
  • Prevent crashes: Early users often encounter unexpected issues. We want you to have a smooth and stable experience.
  • Reduce bans: Some websites may mark new browser versions as suspicious. Waiting helps you integrate naturally.
  • Keep tools running properly: Frameworks like Puppeteer and Selenium need time to catch up. Updating too early may break automation setups.
