Uses of Comments

The annotation feature allows you to add short notes to individual profiles or entire folders. It is perfect for reminders, status updates, or quickly sharing contextual information with your team. Up to 400 characters — short and thoughtful!
Why Comments Are Useful
- Tracking status: note the current state of the profile – for example, 'test agent' or 'Client A's account'
- Better collaboration: leave notes that others can see so everyone is informed
- Stay organized: remind yourself of the reason or purpose of a folder

- From the profile list: Click the pencil icon in the 'Notes' column
- From the profile settings: Scroll to the comments section and enter your updates

- In the left sidebar, click the pencil icon next to the folder
- Enter your comment in the specified field
