If you are involved in multiple teams or projects, you may work in multiple workspaces in Multilogin. You can think of a workspace as an independent room—each room has its own profiles, team members, and settings.

Good news: switching is super easy. Here's how to do it!

Why the Workspace is Important

In Multilogin, each account = 1 workspace. If someone invites you to join their team, you will join their workspace, but you will still retain your own workspace. This means:

  • You can switch between profiles and team accounts
  • All your profiles, settings, and access permissions remain independent and well-organized

  • A dropdown menu will appear, showing all the workspaces you belong to
  • Click the one you want to switch to

From Account Settings

  • Hover your mouse over the 'Account' section in the lower-left corner, then click 'Account Settings'
  • Find the 'Default Workspace' selector
  • Select the workspace you want to switch to

Below the selector, you can also copy the Workspace ID, which is useful for automation and troubleshooting.
