How to Enable 2FA for Your Account

  • Hover your mouse over the “Account” section in the lower-left corner, then click “Account Settings”
  • Click “Turn On” next to “Two-Factor Authentication”
  • Follow the instructions using Google Authenticator, then click “Continue”
  • Keep your backup codes in a safe place – they are important!

How to Enable 2FA for Team Members in Your Account

After completing the above steps, you will be required to enter a verification code or backup code each time you log in.

  • Hover over the 'Account' section in the lower-left corner, then click 'Account Settings'
  • Click 'Enable for Workspace' next to '2FA Settings'
  • Confirm your choice in the pop-up window
