Who can use this feature?
- 👨💻 Account owners
- 💰 Applicable to all subscription plans, except trial subscription plans
Uses of Exporting Configuration Files
Do you need to transfer your browser profile to another computer or user? With the profile export feature, you can move everything, including fingerprints, cookies, passwords, and more, with just a few clicks.

Why exporting configuration files is useful
- All-in-one transmission: carry your entire setup – no need to reconfigure
- Secure encryption: your data is protected throughout the process
- Flexible: move profiles between accounts or devices via local or cloud storage
What are the limitations
- You can export up to 10 profiles at a time
- You can import cloud profiles up to 100 MB each and local profiles up to 2 GB each
- Only the account owner has the right to export profiles
How the Configuration File Export Works
What will happen to the exported data?
All exported data has been encrypted. Exported files will be saved in .zip format to:

.zip
- Windows: C:Users%username%mlxexports
C:Users%username%mlxexports
- macOS: /Users/%username%/mlx/exports
/Users/%username%/mlx/exports
- Linux: /home/%username%/mlx/exports
/home/%username%/mlx/exports

Each file name contains the corresponding export ID.
Please note: Do not change the file name of the export profile. Changing the export profile file name will make the profile unusable, so you will not be able to import it again in Multilogin.
What does the exported content include?
- Browser fingerprint
- Metadata (fingerprint settings)
- Browser data (cookies, extensions, saved login information, etc.)
- Binary data (cache files, downloads, etc.)
How to Export Configuration Files
Do not delete the exported configuration files for now — please wait until it is confirmed that they have been fully imported into the new workspace.
- Right-click the configuration file in the list, or select the configuration file using the checkbox and use the top menu
- Click "Export Configuration"
- Click "Export" to confirm
