In-Depth Fingerprint Recognition: What Websites Actually Detect

When it comes to online privacy and avoiding detection, people might think that every browser fingerprint in Multilogin is hidden, but that is not the case. Multilogin only conceals the parameters that websites actually detect to help users stay hidden, while unnecessary parameters are kept real to ensure naturalness.
The Misconceptions of Complete Anonymity
Some users run advanced fingerprint tests and notice that the Multilogin browser and regular browsers have similarities in certain parameters. This leads them to the following question:
Why doesn't Multilogin hide this particular value?

Why doesn't Multilogin hide this particular value?
The reason is simple: not every fingerprint parameter is important. Some values are either invisible to websites or not checked at all. Trying to hide every detail can actually make your fingerprint more suspicious rather than blending in with the normal environment.
Multilogin is the only company in this field that invests heavily in research and development to truly understand how anti-bot and anti-fraud systems work. We do not blindly hide everything, but focus on what websites actually detect.
Non-essential fingerprint parameters
MAC Address
Your MAC address cannot be displayed to websites through the browser. It is part of your local network and is not transmitted while browsing. Some speculate that Google could theoretically extract it through Chrome, but there is no real evidence that this actually happens. If you have definite proof, we would be happy to hear from you.
SIM Card ID
When using a 4G connection, the website cannot retrieve your SIM card ID. This data cannot be accessed through the browser.

Glyph Hash
Font fingerprint recognition depends on factors such as browser version, window size, and operating system. Many users end up using the same font fingerprint, which makes it untrackable.
ClientRects
This parameter reflects how the browser renders HTML elements at the pixel level. Although some fingerprinting tools may display this value, there is no evidence that mainstream tracking systems such as Cloudflare or FingerprintJS detect this value.
JA3 Hash/TLS/SSL Fingerprint
Hiding this will give you a unique fingerprint, making you stand out. Multilogin makes your TLS/SSL fingerprint match the User-Agent of your browser profile, helping you blend naturally into the real user population.
The Bottom Line of Concealing Fingerprints
Multilogin only hides the truly important fingerprint parameters. If a parameter is not hidden, it is because:

- The website cannot see it
- The website does not check it
- Hiding it would make you more conspicuous
Don't get hung up on every tiny fingerprint value; focus on the factors that really affect detection. This is the smarter and safer approach.
