The Role of Column Management

The manage profile columns feature allows you to customize the appearance of the profile list. You can choose which columns to display and the display order, similar to rearranging the layout of your desktop or frequently used apps.

Why Column Management is Useful

  • Prioritize viewing important information: Place the most important information (such as profile names, operating system types, or creation dates) in the position you see first
  • Organize your view: Hide unnecessary columns so you can focus on the content you actually use
  • Work smarter: Customize specific task lists, such as QA testing, customer management, or profile cleanup
